Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Participants

To secure your spot at our tango event in Alicante, the organizers require only a €25 reservation fee, rather than the full event cost.

Non-Refundable Reservation Policy: The reservation fee (€25) is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cases of force majeure. This amount is immediately used to cover administrative and venue logistics costs and to secure the event’s limited capacity, as each reservation blocks a spot that is no longer available to another participant.

Cancellation of the Remaining Amount (if applicable): If you have made additional payments beyond the reservation fee, these will be refunded in full (minus any bank fees) only if the cancellation is requested before January 20, 2027, and is due to force majeure, properly documented with supporting evidence. After January 20, 2027, no refunds of any kind will be issued.

2. Cancellation by the organization

If, due to force majeure attributable to the organization, the event must be canceled in its entirety before it begins, a full 100% refund of the amount paid by participants (including the reservation fee) will be issued. The refund will be processed within a maximum of one month from the scheduled date of the event.

3. Suspension due to external causes or force majeure during the event

If, once the event has begun (March 3, 4, and 5), it is interrupted, suspended, or canceled due to issues beyond the organization’s control or force majeure circumstances outside our control, no refunds will be issued.
