Cancellation Policy
​
CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANTS:
Participants may cancel their registration in our meeting, after having made the corresponding payment, only for reasons of force majeure accredited by documentation.
In this case, the organization will refund 100% of the amount paid (minus possible bank charges) if the cancellation occurs before January 20, 2025.
If the cancellation occurs after January 20, 2025, the organization will refund 50% of the amount paid (minus possible bank charges).
In both cases, the organization commits to refund the money to the participants within a maximum period of 1 month after the end of the meeting.
- CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZATION:
If, for reasons related to a possible negative evolution of the Covid 19 pandemic and/or the laws in force with respect to the same or for causes internal to the organization, the celebration of the meeting had to be suspended, the participants will be fully refunded 100% of the amount paid.
Also in this case, the organization will proceed to refund the money within a maximum period of one month from the date scheduled for the event.

-CANCELLATION or SUSPENSION due to force majeure.
If during the development of the event there is any kind of problem that does not depend on the organization and as a result of which we are forced to cancel or suspend the event, in such a case no refund of any amount will be made.
