We will continue working on the technique, its applications and different ornaments. This is already level 4 of technique, a work started in September where we were developing a whole system so that you can understand how to move your instrument, your body, in the most healthy, organic and functional way to dance. The technique is not only a job to give elegance but it is really essential to take care of our body when dancing and take care of the body of the other, of our partner, it allows us more confidence and improves our musicality. Through the work of the technique we understand how the figures are built and how the mark of the man is followed and how to propose a space where we can decorate.

If you have not participated in the 3 previous seminars but you have been dancing for a long time, you can still join as it will always be beneficial.

The classes are recorded and then we send them by email so that you can save them and you can continue practicing.

In February we will restart with Technique level 1, so if you want to participate you can write to me to reserve your place.
