Technique seminar for level 3 men. After having done level 1 in September and 2 in October, we reached level 3. It was a progressive and very specific job to be able to really produce benefits and change in dance. A technique 100% applicable to dance, with exercises so that you can continue repeating and working on body memory.
You can participate without having previously completed the previous levels.
Each class is recorded and you will receive the videos to continue working, in addition to being able to write or send us your videos between one class and the other to be able to follow you in your evolution and give you our feedback.
In this level 3 we will focus on THREADS, COMBINED TURNS and TRIMS for the track.
