Technique seminar for level 3 men. After having done level 1 in September and 2 in October, we reached level 3. It was a progressive and very specific job to be able to really produce benefits and change in dance. A technique 100% applicable to dance, with exercises so that you can continue repeating and working on body memory. 

You can participate without having previously completed the previous levels.

Each class is recorded and you will receive the videos to continue working, in addition to being able to write or send us your videos between one class and the other to be able to follow you in your evolution and give you our feedback. 

In this level 3 we will focus on THREADS, COMBINED TURNS and TRIMS for the track.

Après avoir fait le level 1 in September and 2 in October, nous sommes arrivés au level 3. Il s'agissait d'un travail très specifica et progressif pour vraiment produire des benefits et des changements dans la danse. Une technique 100% applicable to the dance, with exercises to improve the performance of the body. 

Vous pouvez participates sans avoir fait les niveaux précédents.

Chaque cours is registered and you receive the videos so that you can continue to work. Vous pouvez également nous écrire ou nous envoyer you videos among the courses pour that nous puissions suivre votre évolution et vous donner notre avis. 

Dans ce leveau 3, nous allons nous concentrer sur les ROSQUES, les SPINS COMBINES et les ADORNEMENTS pour la piste.
