This new level 3 technique cycle is focused on ornaments. You will learn new elements to express your musicality, expressiveness, interpretation, and why not, also your sensuality. The ornaments are a form of dialogue in the dance, between the couple and are one more way to "play" our instrument: our body. You have to learn to know them first by studying their technique, their form and then exercising dynamically how to bring them to body memory. That is a fundamental step since the ornaments are something that we introduce into our dance almost without thinking, already by following the mark, if we have our body trained and musically we have worked correctly then the ornaments will emerge in our dance spontaneously.
